Wedding Planning and Coordination

We offer Lead Planner services and 1-2 event assistants for your special day. On the day of the event, we will provide up to 20 hours of management, along with an additional 1 1/2 hours for rehearsal. 

We are available for unlimited hours of planning, communication, and meetings, both in-person and virtually as far out as 12 months before your wedding.

• Ice delivery
• Access to the personalized online planning portal 

We also:

• Provide custom floor plans 
• Confirm all wedding day vendors arrivals
• Coordinate ​individual vendor timelines, logistics, and wedding day set-up details​
• Prepare a detailed day-of timeline and distribute it to all vendors, wedding party, and family
• Create and manage transportation plan
• Direct ceremony rehearsal with the officiant and assist all family and wedding party members with rehearsal
• Make sure everyone has the correct directions and guidance at the rehearsal
• Provide an alcohol purchase quantity list
• Help you stay on time and track on your special day
