Wedding Planning and Coordination

We offer Lead Planner services and 1-2 event assistants for your special day. On the day of the event, we will provide up to 15 hours of management, along with an additional 1 1/2 hours for rehearsal. 

We are available for unlimited hours of planning, communication, and meetings, both in-person and virtually as far out as 12 months before your wedding.

• Provide custom floor plans or go over and confirm venue floor plans
• Venue Tours and consultations with you
• Always present on the day of directing all activities and taking care of all the details so you don't have to. We answer all the questions and take care of anything that may come about
• Confirm all wedding day vendors arrivals
• Coordinate ​individual vendor timelines, logistics, and wedding day set-up details​
• Prepare a detailed day-of timeline and distribute it to all vendors, wedding party, and family
• Direct ceremony rehearsal with the officiant and assist all family and wedding party members with rehearsal
• Make sure everyone has the correct directions and guidance at the rehearsal
• Provide an alcohol purchase quantity list
• Help you stay on time and track on your special day
• Make certain every detail is planned and executed perfectly
